Narcotics agents used tear gas to capture a fugitive drug dealer during weekend raids that resulted in the arrests of 10 people, police said in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The arrests followed a predawn raid Friday in which 65 people from San Juan and suburbs were arrested for selling narcotics. Concerned federal drug agents say Puerto Rico is increasingly becoming a transit point for narcotics shipments to the United States.
