Jury Selection Continues in Alien Smuggling Trial

Jury selection neared completion Thursday in the trial of 11 religious leaders accused of smuggling Central American refugees into the United States. U.S. District Judge Earl Carroll questioned potential jurors for a sixth day, but the 12-member panel was not expected to be seated until Tuesday, court officials said.
