Anaheim : Survey on Municipal Services Under Way
City residents who have suggestions, praise or complaints about municipal parks and recreation and social services programs may get a chance to air those views during a citywide telephone survey.
In an attempt to determine residents’ needs, the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has authorized a private planning and management firm to conduct a telephone survey.
The Planning Group began calling residents earlier this week. The survey will help the consultants prepare a strategic plan for the department’s future development of facilities, programs and services, a city spokeswoman said.
