Apartments Purchased

The 45-unit Smoketree Apartments in El Centro have been purchased from EDC Associates Ltd. for $1,514,700 by a partnership formed by the Cook-Holman Co., a San Marino syndication firm. Both parties were represented by Snelling Real Estate Inc.
