53-Year-Old Boxer Loses on Split Decision

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —
Kenny Lane, a 53-year-old grandfather, boxed in his 100th professional bout Saturday night, losing on an eight-round split decision to 24-year-old Dave Guerra of Flint, Mich.
Lane’s record fell to 82-16-2. Guerra improved to 7-7.
