The Christiana Cos. reported a net loss of $531,000 for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, compared to a net loss of $258,000 in last year’s first period.
Revenues reached $4.4 million, compared to $2.96 million last year.
The company, which recently moved to New York from San Diego, also elected Peter Harris to its board. Harris has been president of F.A.O. Schwarz since it was bought by Christiana earlier this year.
