Manhattan Beach : Council OKs Fortunetellers
The City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday to allow fortunetellers in commercial areas provided that the businesses obtain conditional-use permits.
The city previously barred fortunetellers, but a state Supreme Court decision in August determined that such a ban would violate the right to free speech.
