Westwood : Foundation Extends Grants
The Danforth Foundation will extend funding for four years for minority fellowships at UCLA. The awards are given to minority graduate students interested in teaching at universities after completing their doctoral degrees. UCLA, one of 10 participating schools, will receive $50,000 a year for the fellowships and $3,000 for support activities from 1986 through 1991. UCLA has 16 fellows in the program.
