‘Unsung Death’ of Alex Odeh
I wish to refer to Geyelin’s column in which he compared the assassination of Leon Klinghoffer to the death of Alex Odeh.
Klinghoffer was an innocent American citizen who was randomly murdered by Yasser Arafat’s terrorists.
Geyelin refers to Odeh as a “gentle fellow, poet and scholar.” This “gentle” soul found only accolades for Arafat.
I personally resent the comparison and can find no editorial equity or integrity in Geyelin’s comparison.
