Sewage Problems
The City of Los Angeles was recently fined $130,000 by the U.S. government for failure to correct sewage problems.
The same benevolent government is presently in the process of correcting sewage problems in Alexandria, Egypt, at a cost of $1 billion in U.S.-donated funds.
What gives? I feel we taxpayers are entitled to an explanation.
