DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania —
Princess Anne, daughter of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, arrived Monday in Tanzania for a six-day visit. She is on the first leg of a four-nation African tour as president of the British-based Save the Children Fund charity.
