Violence on TV

Here’s a suggestion for Terry Chow (Letters, Nov. 7), who asked for help in saving our children from television violence.

Perhaps unknown to many parents is a switch located on every television that allows it to be turned off. This is done by either pushing it or turning it to the left until it clicks. Try using it sometime, it works.
