Bradley Proposal on Prison Location
I am 14 years old and a student at Saugus High in ninth grade. I have lived in the Saugus-Valencia area for three years. I have one sister who is 3 and two brothers who are 10 and 12.
My parents moved me up here because they wanted a better education for us. They also wanted a more family-oriented neighborhood for us to grow up in, a quiet place.
With Bradley’s proposal no one would be able to walk the streets at night, like they do now! Schools wouldn’t be able to let students go off campus during lunch without fear. There would always be a threat of a prisoner escaping and breaking into someone’s house, possibly even murdering someone. Its just not fair to take a place that is safe for people and make it unsafe.
