MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR PEGGY FEURY

A memorial service will be held for actress and drama coach Peggy Feury (Traylor) at the Mark Taper Forum on Tuesday. She died in an automobile accident last Wednesday.

Born in New Jersey, a graduate of Barnard College, Feury attended Yale Drama School and the Neighborhood Playhouse. She was a charter member of the Actors Studio in New York. On the West Coast, she set up both the Actors Studio West and the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, where she was a teacher and artistic director.
