Organizers are expecting 20,000 people to watch the parade, which will start at 3 p.m. at the top of Girard Avenue. About 115 entries--including Marine and Navy bands, floats and Rolls-Royces bearing other marshals--will parade to the recreation center on Prospect Street.

Draper Avenue will be blocked off for a party from 5 to 8 p.m., and a 15-foot Christmas tree will be lighted at 6 p.m.
