Rick Neuheisel signed a three-year contract with the Arizona Outlaws of the United States Football League. Neuheisel, who led UCLA to a 45-9 Rose Bowl win over Illinois, has played the last two seasons with the USFL’s San Antonio Gunslingers and threw for a combined 5,500 yards.
