The body of a 70-year-old woman was found in the front seat of a car in the parking structure of Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in West Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County coroner’s office identified the woman as Lottie Pitt, of Los Angeles. An autopsy to determine the cause of death was pending.
