West Los Angeles : School to Create 5 Scholarships

The Newbridge School, 1619 S. Robertson Blvd., will name five scholarships for outstanding men and women in the fields of politics, community affairs, art, drama or athletics. The scholarships could amount to as much as $30,000 for six years’ tuition. The private school offers academic instruction and special arts programs for 190 elementary and secondary schoolchildren, according to Myron Jacobson, director.
