Gov. George Deukmejian has appointed Marguerite Justice of Los Angeles, Coanne Cubete of Fountain Valley and Jane Crosby of South Pasadena to the newly created Bicentennial Commission on the U.S. Constitution, his office announced. The commission was created by 1984 legislation to promote observance of the 200th anniversary of the Bill of Rights. Justice is a community relations consultant, Cubete is a partner in a real estate firm and Crosby is a homemaker.
