A fast-food restaurant was struck by a drive-through robber, who brandished a large handgun and took off on his motorcycle with the loot in hand on Monday night, Huntington Beach police said.

The robbery occurred about 8:30 p.m. at the Jack-in-the-Box at 16311 Beach Blvd. No one was injured in the incident, Sgt. Jerry Evans said.

A man drove up to the drive-through window on a motorcycle and handed the manager, Michael Sharoudi, 24, of Huntington Beach, a brown paper sack, Evans said. He brandished a gun and demanded money, the officer said.
