First Interstate Bank of California is offering a reward of $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons responsible for the robbery and murder of Frederick A. Taylor on Monday morning near a night depository facility in the Riverside’s Tyler Mall. William E. B. Siart, president and chairman of First Interstate Bank of California, said the reward is being offered because the bank is interested in stopping such crimes.
