Total prize money for the 1986 Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf tournament will be $500,000, tournament officials say, and the event will feature such senior tour newcomers as Gary Player and Chi Chi Rodriguez.

The 1986 tournament, scheduled for April 21-27, will include several other golfers who only recently reached the minimum age limit of 50.

Also entering for the first time will be Bob Charles, Bruce Crampton, Dale Douglas, Howie Johnson and Bobby Nichols, tournament organizers said Tuesday.
