A teen-ager has admitted that he spray-painted swastikas and anti-Semitic slogans on a La Mirada synagogue. Michael Warden, 18, entered a guilty plea to a felony charge at his arraignment before Norwalk Superior Court Judge Robert Martinez, acknowledging that he vandalized Temple Beth Ohr. He faces up to three years in prison when he is sentenced Jan. 24. In return for the guilty plea, the district attorney's office dropped additional misdemeanor charges in which Warden was accused of painting swastikas on the sides of a motor home and a house in the same area.
