A Cypress man has been charged with vehicular homicide and felony drunk driving in connection with the death of a woman in a Garden Grove collision. Jean Scott, 71, of Hemet was pronounced dead at Los Alamitos Medical Center. She was a passenger in a car driven by her husband, Woodrow. Tony Bianca, 43, of 9387 Danbury St. was arrested at the scene before being taken to the same hospital, Police Sgt. Larry Ebelt said. Witnesses told police that Bianca was traveling south on Valley View Street and apparently ran a red light at Lampson Avenue. The Scott car was traveling northbound on Valley View. Woodrow Scott was treated at Los Alamitos Medical Center and released. Bianca was expected to be released to police.
