A Glendale businessman was reunited in Baltimore with his Russian wife after she was allowed to leave the Soviet Union. Tony Bartholomew, 47, and Tatyana Bondareva had not seen each other for a year. Reporters and camera crews were not allowed to witness the reunion or talk to Bondareva. Meanwhile, San Francisco Mayor Dianne Feinstein disclosed that the Soviet Union has told the United States it will allow 36 more of its citizens to join relatives in this country. The State Department said the 36 are members of 10 divided families and are in addition to the 10 cases the Russians promised to resolve on the eve of the Geneva summit.
