Ohio Rep. Seiberling to Retire

WASHINGTON —
Rep. John F. Seiberling (D-Ohio), citing a recent bout with cancer, has decided not to run for reelection, his aide said today. Kay Casstevens said Seiberling decided to retire, after 16 years in the House, while still in good health. Seiberling, 68, recently recovered from prostate cancer.
