Plans for Phase 2 of the Los Nietos Park renovation have been approved by the City Council in its role as the Redevelopment Agency.
The agency also authorized the city engineer to seek bids for Phase 2, which includes repairs and the replanting of grass at an area subject to flooding. The estimated cost is $35,000.
The three-phase project includes the installation of a storm drain and fence, grading of ball fields and the resurfacing of a game court at the park on Miller Grove Drive.
