M. Royar, Retired Navy Vice Admiral
Murrey L. Royar, a retired Navy supply corps vice admiral, died Thursday in McLean, Va., at age 91.
The University of California at Berkeley graduate served in the Navy from 1917 until his retirement in 1966. He was a former chief of Naval Materiel and the Naval Supply Corps whose commands included the Navy supply bases at Norfolk, Va., and Oakland, Calif.
