Culver City : MGM to Use Lot Another Year

The City Council has approved a one-year extension for the Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios to use a vacant lot at the corner of Overland Avenue and Culver Boulevard for parking. The lot is owned by Goldrich & Kest Inc., which plans to build a senior citizen housing and office park project on the property. MGM has used the lot for parking for the last four years but will eventually have to leave because of the development.
