Woman Found Slain on I-805 Off-Ramp

NATIONAL CITY — The body of a woman, her hands tied behind her back, was found Saturday beside a freeway off-ramp, police reported.
The victim, a fully clothed black woman believed to be between 25 and 30, has not been identified nor has a cause of death been established, according to both National City police and the San Diego County coroner’s office.
The body was discovered at 6:45 a.m. when a motorist using the off-ramp from Interstate 805 to 47th Street, saw the body lying near the road and called police.
