Hunterfield Ranch, a California Communities Inc. development of 66 single-family homes in Rancho Cucamonga, opens today with 35 Phase 1 houses, 14 of which have been sold.

Priced from $152,990 to $189,990, the dwellings are available in three floor plans with one or two stories, three or four bedrooms, two to three baths and 2,053 to 2,530 square feet. Nine exteriors are also offered.

Among the interior features are wood-burning fireplaces with glass doors, three-car garages with automatic door openers, interior laundry areas, pantries, mirrored wardrobes, and, in some plans, built-in wet bars and breakfast nooks.

The sales office and decorated models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 8093 Banyan St.
