Sales Begun on 90 Beachport Village Condos

Sales have begun on the first phase of 90 condominiums at GLENFED Development Corp.’s 180-unit Beachport Village in Playa del Rey, located at 8500 Falmouth Ave.

Seven floor plans are offered, including two-story town-house designs and five plans with or without lofts and spiral staircases. Sizes range from 765 to 1,415 square feet with one, two or 2 1/2 baths.

The units are priced from $110,900 to $173,900 and homeowners’ monthly fees range from $116 to $131 depending upon the floor plan.

Seven furnished models by Design I of Century City are open daily from 11 am. to 5 p.m.
