A new TV movie for CBS will star Barry Bostwick as a married man whose life is thrown into turmoil when he is charged with statutory rape because he’s been having an affair with a minor. “Betrayed by Innocence” also will feature Lee Purcell as Bostwick’s wife, Cristen Kauffman as his underage girlfriend and Paul Sorvino as the girl’s father.

Pat Sajak and Vanna White of “Wheel of Fortune” are guest stars on Tuesday’s episode of “The A-Team.” They appear as themselves when Murdock (Dwight Schultz) turns up as a contestant on their game show and wins a trip to Hawaii.

Two upcoming specials on CBS will salute classic characters created to entertain children. First up on Tuesday is “Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes All-Star 50th Anniversary,” an hourlong program that will feature Bugs, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig and Roadrunner plus such celebrities as Steve Martin, Billy Dee Williams, Penny Marshall, George Burns, Cher and Kirk Douglas. . . . The Muppets take center stage Jan. 21 for “The Muppets--A Celebration of 30 Years,” staged as a black-tie dinner to pay tribute to Jim Henson’s successful stars of TV and movies.

Martin Sheen will star as a TV-news anchorman in “News at Eleven,” a TV movie for CBS. It’s about how the news media react to a story after Sheen’s character reports that a high school teacher allegedly has been sexually involved with some of his female students. Also starring are Peter Riegert, Barbara Babcock, Sheree J. Wilson and Sydney Penny.

Robert Preston plays a father who takes the law into his own hands after his daughter is murdered in “Outrage,” a TV movie to be seen on CBS. Beau Bridges portrays his attorney, Mel Ferrer and Burgess Meredith play judges, Anthony Newley is a literary agent and Linda Purl plays Bridges’ love interest.
