The sunken tugboat Napa River, whose 72-year-old skipper was killed in a Jan. 4 collision in the Carquinez Strait, was barged to a shipyard after it was refloated in a night operation. The Napa River and another boat, the Sea Breeze, were towing a barge near the Carquinez Bridge when the collision occurred with the tug Marine Commander, pushing another cargo barge.
