Nonsmokers

As a minority, a smoker, I have always had to sit in a “designated” area on airplanes. That has never bothered me. The fact that a person doesn’t smoke is his or her own business. I respect them for their choice.

What I really take exception to are the people who insist on separate seating and then find them “sneaking” into the smoking section to stretch out in the unoccupied seats. (Smoking becomes secondary when sleep is important).

It appears this is a case of “what is mine is mine and what is yours is negotiable.”

Who ever said life was fair?
