WASHINGTON — After a day of fasting, President Reagan entered Bethesda Naval Hospital today for a post-surgical colon examination to check for the recurrence of bowel cancer. Reagan, his wife, Nancy, and First Dog Rex flew by helicopter to the naval hospital in suburban Washington.
