Laguna Beach City Hall Bombed

A stick of dynamite exploded beside City Hall in Laguna Beach early today, breaking 24 windows but causing no further damage and no injuries, authorities said.
The dynamite was placed on a three-foot-wide outside walkway between two buildings, and it exploded a few minutes before 6 a.m., when no one was in either building, police said. No one claimed responsibility for the blast.
