Ice Hot Scores Victory in Santa Anita Feature

Ice Hot, ridden by Laffit Pincay, drew away in the stretch Friday and won the $45,000 feature race at Santa Anita by 1 3/4 lengths.

Bolder Than Bold, ridden by Gary Baze, was second, a length in front of favored Forzando, who finished third under Chris McCarron.

The son of Icecapade was clocked in 1:14 2/5 for about 6 1/2 furlongs down the Hillside turf course and paid $6.40, $3.80 and $2.60.
