2 Quakes Rock Taiwan

TAIPEI, Taiwan —
Two strong earthquakes 23 minutes apart rocked Taiwan last week night, sending residents of the capital fleeing into the streets, the Central Weather Bureau said. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage from the Thursday temblors.
