Dillingham Relocates Offices to Pasadena

Dillingham Construction’s Commercial division has relocated its Los Angeles regional office from its 30-year locale on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles to larger quarters at 2 N. Lake Ave., Suite 300, Pasadena.

The firm’s new facilities occupy the third floor of a recently completed 11-story office building designed by Gin Wong Associates for the Trammell Crow Co. Dillingham, which does at least $250 million worth of construction annually in the commercial division, was general contractor.
