Former City Manager Ray T. Blair Jr. and Girard Savings Bank President James E. Tecca have joined the Mercy Hospital board of directors. Carole Stewart has been named executive director of the Mercy Health Care Network, a joint venture between Mercy and Mercy Physicians Medical Group.
