Gas Leak Closes Street: Natural gas leaking from a ruptured pipeline forced closure of a half-mile stretch of Chapman Avenue between West Street and Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove at 10:57 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic was held up nearly two hours while the leak, caused by a city construction crew, was patched, a Fire Department spokesman said.
