Proposal for 3 New Freeways

Try to imagine Orange County’s freeways as a clogged sewer. It’s not hard to do. The people that want to develop the county to the hilt would like to unclog the sewer by adding more toilets.
Why can’t the corridor issue be put to the vote in June? We still live in a democracy, don’t we?
