Restrooms

Michael B.H. Zone (Letters, Jan. 6) was complaining about the lack of service station restrooms. The shopping malls keep their locations secret. They are not shown on the mall’s directory and department stores also give no idea of their location.
Sometimes a friendly clerk, at the risk of losing his job, will reveal the secret.
Those of us who have ferreted out restrooms exchange information with our friends who plan to shop in unfamiliar stores. There may be a profit for someone who publishes a guide book.
