X-rays of the oft-injured foot of New York Knicks’ center Bill Cartwright were inconclusive, and further tests will be done today.
Cartwright, playing in just his second regular-season NBA game in two years after recovering from a broken foot, reinjured the foot early in the fourth quarter of Saturday night’s loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.
John Cirillo, the Knicks’ director of communications, said the surgically implanted screw and the bone in Cartwright’s left foot were both intact.
