Pertron, a Chatsworth maker of computerized welding controls, named Wallace B. Jones to the newly created position of vice president of finance. Jones, 43, will retain his position as chief financial officer, a post he has held since May.
David P. Keaney was appointed to the new position of vice president of operations. He has been director of quality assurance since 1983.
