Municipal Judge Named: Irvine attorney Glenn A. Mahler, 38, has been appointed to the bench of Harbor Municipal Court by Gov. George Deukmejian. Mahler, now a commissioner for the Harbor Judicial District, will earn $70,436 a year as a municipal judge. Mahler was a San Luis Obispo deputy district attorney in 1975 and an Orange County deputy district attorney from 1973 to 1975.
