Vestron Video entered a joint venture with ABC.
Under the arrangement, Vestron Video and ABC Video Enterprises, a subsidiary of Capital Cities/ABC, will jointly seek to exploit home video programming opportunities that lie within ABC’s programming archives. The venture will develop and produce home video programming from video elements in the ABC News, ABC Sports and ABC Entertainment program libraries.
