Rozelle Could Learn Something From Murray
One of Jim Murray’s all-time great columns. It is time for all sports to act with drastic measure. Ban these athletes for life for breaking the law, for violating the fans’ trust, for becoming heroes in the eyes of youth and then unduly influencing the next generation with their habits.
Sports fans are fed up with this type of behavior and are willing to sacrifice a few of today’s stars in order to clean up tomorrow’s games.
