F-4 Fighter Crashes Near Boron

An Air Force F-4 Phantom jet fighter with a crew of two crashed in the Mojave Desert five miles north of Boron this morning, a spokesman for Edwards Air Force Base reported. Condition of the crew members and further details of the accident were not immediately available.
